SWE event – Invent It. Build It. Registration extended
The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) invites you to Invent It. Build It. – This traveling hands-on engineering event for girls, parents and educators will be making this year’s stop in Minneapolis on Saturday, October 20th as part of the SWE Annual Conference!
Women are underrepresented in engineering with the workforce at about 13%. The SWE Conference will host 15,000 women engineers from around the world at the Minneapolis Convention Center. Join us and be a part of this remarkable event.
Everyone will have an opportunity to meet and invent with engineers; get creative with a wide variety of hands-on projects; meet new friends and come home with lots of SWE goodies. FIRST (For Inspiration and Recognition of Science and Technology) will be there exhibiting at the Outreach EXPO from 9am-12pm. Please stop by booth 62 to say hello.
The registration deadline for Invent It. Build It. has been extended until October 19th or until we sell out. Register soon! (https://www.eventbrite.com/e/
