Team Leaders, a couple of notes:
MSHSL
The MSHSL has been reviewing costs vs revenue for running their organization and State Championship events. As part of that process, there will be a discussion at the MSHSL Board meeting this Thursday to consider ticketing and/or registration fees for all championship events. To help defer some of our event costs, the FIRST Robotics State Championship is under consideration for a registration fee for qualifying teams. For those of you who were around for the 2nd year of the Championship, you may remember that spectator tickets were sold. Everyone involved agreed that it didn’t work well given the nature of our competition and the attendees. I will let you know what action the Board recommends as soon as I know more.
