Beat the Kickoff Rush, Volunteer Today!

Event volunteers are the key to inspiring today’s youth to become tomorrow’s innovators and technology leaders. A FIRST regional event requires over 110 volunteers each day. Regardless if you have technical or non-technical expertise, there is a volunteer role for you!  To view all of the role please see this page (https://www.firstinspires.org/resource-library/frc/volunteer-event-roles-and-training-resources ).  To sign up, log into your firstinspires.org account, click on event volunteer, and sign up for our 2020 FIRST Infinite Recharge Regional events. LabVIEW demonstration

The local LabVIEW User group is having their annual meeting on Dec 10th, 5pm – 7pm at Minnetronix on Energy Park Dr. in St Paul.  They are looking for a metro team that used LabView for the autonomous portion of last year’s competition and could make a presentation *similar* to:
–          Briefly explain FRC and competition rules (maybe show video, 10 minutes)  (the FRC team should know that ~25% attendees of the user group are aware or already mentor)
–          Walk-through autonomous portion of LV code (10 minutes)
–          Talk about challenges with programming / needs for mentors (5 minutes)
–          Show video of full match  (3 minutes)
–          Take questions (5 minutes)

Please let me know if your team is interested.
