Team Leaders, for several years, Eagan High School has hosted an educational career fair.  They bring in professionals from a variety occupations to talk about their schooling and work.  It’s been very well attended.  Here’s a note from Jane Peterson (WFFA, and Team 2220 mentor):

Join us for “Cookies, College & Careers” at 7 pm on Thursday, December 13, at Eagan High School!

Women In Robotics Empowering Sisters (WIRES), EHS FIRST Robotics and The Robettes Team 2177 are partnering to present a panel for high school students to hear from young women professionals about their experience in choosing a college, selecting a college major and starting a career in the STEM field. The female panelists will speak about their career choices, going to college and the first few years of their careers.

Male and female students are welcome. There is no fee to attend.
We will collect toys for the local homeless shelter.

This session will be videotaped and available for viewing at a later time.
